The Charles Wallace India Trust (CWIT) is an Arts, Heritage Conservation and Humanities scholarship fund established in 1981 with funds donated by the late Charles Wallace, a British businessman and entrepreneur who had strong links to India and the South Asian region in the late 19th century. The funding enables Indian professionals in the early or middle stages of their career to study in the UK, achieve their professional and academic ambitions and develop wider international contacts.
